Semprius, Inc., a company commercializing its novel process for printing high-performance semiconductors, and X-FAB Semiconductor Foundries AG, the leading analog/mixed-signal semiconductor foundry, today announced a development agreement to provide turnkey silicon wafer fabrication for Semprius’ customers.
